My life’s passion and purpose are to help others uncover their highest, truest, and most authentic selves, empowering them to embrace their potential and thrive in every aspect of life.
Jenna Watson, MA, LMHC
Founder of Mend Orlando
Jenna Watson, MA, LMHC, is the founder of Mend Orlando—a practice inspired by her personal and professional journey. With over 18 years of experience in marketing and scaling businesses, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, Jenna saw firsthand the toll unrelenting demands can take on mental well-being. Her own experiences with burnout, infertility, grief, divorce, co-parenting, and high-conflict divorce shaped her passion for creating spaces where others could find balance, resilience, and hope.
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with dual Master of Arts degrees in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, Jenna blends evidence-based practices with creative problem-solving. She is certified as a Grief Recovery Specialist, Mental Health Neutral for Collaborative Divorce, and Qualified Parenting Coordinator. Specializing in trauma-informed techniques like CBT and DBT, Jenna helps clients navigate life’s toughest moments with empathy and care. Jenna’s influence extends beyond her practice.
She is a Mental Health TV Network contributor, an Every Mother Counts Ambassador, and a board member of The Cooks Collective. Her dedication to workplace well-being and addressing burnout has made her a trusted collaborator for organizations. Jenna’s work has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, and The Orlando Business Journal.
A mother of four (who serve as her constant “why”)—Jenna balances her career with a vibrant personal life. She’s also a proud dog and cat mom to Atlas and Finn. Jenna spends her free time traveling (53 countries and counting), running slow marathons, and training for her next personal goal: completing a half Ironman. Her favorite book, Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl, inspires her mission to help others find healing and fulfillment. While sushi is her favorite meal, you’ll never find her enjoying folding the laundry. Jenna’s journey as a recovering perfectionist and her lived experiences drive her to empower others to embrace their authentic selves and thrive in every aspect of life.
